I live in a smart phone world now!
Hey girls,
I just got back from getting my iphone. I got the iphone 4S. This is my first new phone in 4 years and the tech has come far in four years!! I am having fun playing with it and am hoping to set up itunes soon. Wish me luck!!! DH and my mom also got iphone 4S. We showed my mom how to work it. She still has a landline too as a backup, lol!!
Re: I live in a smart phone world now!
Fun! I have a driod, just b/c all my stuff is already in google so it was super simple to setup to merge, etc.
For a fun time-wasting addictive game, check out "Where's my water?" it's a thinking game but pretty easy to figure out and fun to play.
Thanks for the app idea. Does anyone have know of anymore neat apps?
I upgraded to the iphone after my old flip phone died after 3.5 years.
applications I like: accuweather is much better than the weather app that is on the iphone already.
amazon is addictive! But came in handy while we were driving around Christmas and I remembered I needed to buy my niece something.
I use Epicurious & all recipes alot!
The yelp app is also pretty great, esp. when you are traveling. Some of the restaurants are connected to opentable.com & you can make reservations easily.
I like the pinterest app too! Nice way to kill time (or waste time!)
I've also downloaded a bunch of financial stuff- for student loans & credit cards. I can pay everything right from my phone.
Netflix & hulu plus have been nice to have, too!
