Good morning! I never even saw this forum before last night.
DH and I just started our physical house hunt, but we've been internet shopping for quite some time. We've seen 2 houses and are in love with the second one. It is in a great location, great price, we can afford it and it has everything we want. But it's only the 2nd house we've looked at. How many houses did you look at? I'm afraid to pass it up just to see what else is out there (however our realtor has said there is nothing else available right now compared to this one and the price).
I'm a really nervous person so I don't know if it's just me or if this seems to fast.
TIA!
Re: New here
I wouldn't worry yourself about making sure you've seen enough houses, as long as you think (based on your internet research) that the price is right, it's in a location that works for you, and the house fits your needs. DH and I looked at one house and bought it. We actually weren't looking to move, but it was a model home for sale and we loved the house, so we put in an offer on it! We figured we would move in 2 - 3 years, so it just changed our schedule a bit.
Now that we've been in the house for 8 months, we are still happy and secure with our decision.

Hi
If you love it, you love it. There is always potentially "something better out there" whether it's the first house you've seen or the three hundreth.
If you guys have already talked over what you want/don't want/dealbreakers and all of that and this place fits into all of it then I wouldn't spend a lot of time second guessing.
