not a gourmet meal and you can adjust the seasoning a little bit but a nice, simple meal that got us out of our frozen broc as a side dish slump. i am on a little bit of a shallot kick right now.

Penzey's has some great freeze dried shallots that I use all the time (lots of shallots in Haitian recipes...). Love their freeze dried garlic, too...
