I am sooo out of shape (and my boobs are huge)
today I am starting my journey to lose the rest of the baby weight and get back into shape. Adriana got up at 6:30 so I fed her and put her back to bed then I pumped and started to 30 Day Shred. it was eye-opening how out of shape I am!
oh, and working out with boobs this large is not easy! I need new sports bras!
Re: I am sooo out of shape (and my boobs are huge)
I got chris two of these.
for someone who never had anything sturdier than a Champion for Target bra, she's been kind of traumatized by the situation, but can run in these

thanks Emily! I have never needed anything besides the Champion from Target, so I'm in new territory here!
This is not new for me, but they are bigger than before...I wear two of the Champion microfiber sports bras and that keeps the girls in place for jumping jacks.
And you'll burn more calories on our mall walk today!
I too was [not so] blessed with bigger girls - we're talking DD pre-pregnancy so I always did the double up trick. Luckily, my boobs never changed size during my pregnancy or so far for breastfeeding. (well they did get larger for a few hours when my milk came in and they were engorged, but went down as soon as I nursed and never got that big again)
Oh PS, I started running again last week and did some ab work outs ... yeah the running wasn't so terrible, but the abs made me want to cry. I don't think I could attempt the 30DS yet!
Word. I am a 34DDD right now...imagine when I have kids!? YIKES!
Since I am so big, I used the Enell bras. They make me have a uni-boob
K-don't be so hard on yourself. You just had a baby (and yes, I realize A will be 2 mos old soon?!?). Good for you for doing the 30 day shred.
oh I know! It was a harmless observation - I was a year-round athlete in high school and ran track in college, so I honestly just don't know if I've ever been THIS out of shape! It's a weird feeling!
haha thanks
HA! You just blew my DDs out of the water there. LOL! I started out as a barely B before I had Suri and after her had these nuggets to contend with. It was great at first but over the years it just started becoming annoying.
Agreed, don't be too hard on yourself. Having a plan and working on it is a great step in the weight loss journey.
