Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Meals & Exercise - 1/23/12

B - 1 piece of ww toast w/ PB, hot tea

L - Triscuits w/ hummus

* I've had a dull stomach ache for almost a week now.  I'm calling the doctor if it's not better by Wednesday.  Blah.

E - Gym tonight, depending on how I feel probably some combo of treadmill, elliptical and stepper for an hour.

  • B: my usual greek yogurt, berries, granola, coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2.

    L:  had a really quick Amy's Organic frozen veggie lasagna.

    D:  turkey meatballs with moms sauce and a salad.

    E:  teaching 60 minute spin tonight.

    S:  orange.

  • B: cran-orange scone (homemade!) and coffee

    L: canned soup, cucumbers with Greek yogurt, cottage cheese

    S: clementines

    D: whatever snacks we have at bible study

    E: weights/rowing
