  • I'm SUPER lazy this week. DH is gone til Friday as I stated earlier, so my parents are cooking.... I'm making veggie quesadillas for them tonight but other than that, I have no clue. HA!
  • We were supposed to have slow carb Philly cheesesteak last night and tonight, but my husband couldn't leave it alone, so it's already gone.  http://pinterest.com/pin/145030050469888139/

Last night, I browned beef with taco seasoning and sauteed onions and peppers for tacos one night.

The rest of the week, Clay will eat chicken that I cooked last night, as always.

I'll have whole wheat penne pasta two nights more than likely.

I haven't really planned lately since my cravings and aversions are all over the place.

  • My H actually does our grocery shopping/meal planning/cooking and I can't seem to find this week's list!  It's always downhill after Sunday anyway since Sundays he makes pizza from scratch and we have wine.

Ummm, jealous table of one!! My DH can't cook at all. At least he goes grocery shopping with me though.

  • You people are too prepared. lol

I definitely (although I should) do not have a menu plan. I pretty much just pull something out of the freezer (chicken, beef, whatever) and once it's about dinner time I just make things up as I go.
