Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Cooking Q - dry white wine
When a recipe calls for dry white wine, does it really have to be dry? I would hate to have to buy a bottle of wine that I won't like to drink on it's own just for 1/2 a cup worth in a recipe. I have a bottle of Gew?rztraminer here, can I just use that? (and then drink the rest of the bottle while I'm cooking
