I'm at work tonight so I'll probably just pick up a subway sandwich on the way in. Tomorrow night we're having burgers and tuna/pasta salad and Wednesday night we're having pizza casserole. I actually meal planned for the two nights I have off! Thursday through Saturday will be Lean Cuisines or Wendy's at work

I'm making this baked spaghetti that I found on Pinterest. I'm hoping I can actually eat some of it, because I really need to make it today because I didn't freeze the ground beef... Sigh...

make baked chicken nuggets! cut up a breast and roll it in yogurt, dredge in panko crumbs and salt, spray with cooking oil on all sides and pop in the oven. Broil to help it brown at the end
We've done that before but it's sooo not the same. I want the deep fried in oil golden deliciousness that is chick fil a. lol

Chick-fil-a nuggets are not chicken nuggets, they're little bits of heaven fried to crispy perfection. I'm pretty sure they served them at the last supper

confession: I've never had Chick-fil-a.
It is pretty awesome, I love their Dream Cup dessert or whatever it's called. H seems to think Chick-fil-a is enough to permanantly stay living in the South. I disagree wholeheartedly. Its just a nice bonus while we're here, IMO.
