Last night, I browned beef with taco seasoning and sauteed onions and peppers for tacos one night.
The rest of the week, Clay will eat chicken that I cooked last night, as always.
I'll have whole wheat penne pasta two nights more than likely.
I haven't really planned lately since my cravings and aversions are all over the place.
Tonight we are having Breakfast
Poached eggs, veggie sausage, roasted redskin potatoes, and fresh juice - apple, grapefruit, carrot, ginger
Tuesday - Veggie Enchiladas
Wednesday - Shrimp pasta with a side of green beans (DH's fave)
Thursday - Tofu (me) Steak (DH) Stir-fry with broccoli over soba noodles
Friday - Whitefish baked in parchment paper with lemon asparagus carrots and tomatoes
If you want any of the recipes I can type them out for you but they are all "mine" that I have adapted from other recipes.
and we'll have the leftovers for lunch everyday, if there arent any leftovers i have salad/sandwich stuff too

I definitely (although I should) do not have a menu plan. I pretty much just pull something out of the freezer (chicken, beef, whatever) and once it's about dinner time I just make things up as I go.

Saturday & Sunday I'm working double shifts, so nothing planned but leftovers for DH.

Wed: not sure yet, maybe stir fry. or I will find something fun to make because I will be home almost all day
thursday: is fend for yourself night because hubby isn't home until 10:30 and I don't get home until around 7:30

Tonight- sandwich and an apple (I have cheerleading)
Tomorrow- Grilled pork chops, salad, and maybe coleslaw (i got cabbage in my farmers market basket today)
