need help: living room issues again

so.. our couches are cream, the carpet is like a shag mix of tan, white, and brownish, our other stuff is black/brown from ikea. there is a mix of teal in there.

do you think grey and teal in a picture would be too much for the living room? above the couch?

My upstairs fireplace, entry way and hall bath has this god awful grey marble with pink and white veins running through it. It's super 80'srific.

We have a (working) sauna turned storage closet too. Ha.

I really love it. It's super cute. It's very fresh and modern, but homey at the same time.

I think it will be great. As long as your gray is a shade that doesn't clash with the neutral tans/browns (rare but there is a shade or two of gray that would, most are fine), I see no problem with it. And you have the teal pops to make the room come alive.
