I always forget and I need to make an effort to actually do it. It makes me feel less ravenous when lunch time rolls around.
I usually just have a vita muffin or eggs.
Re: Do you eat breakfast?
But if you don't have breakfast, when do you use your As Seen on TV egg cookers?
I do usually have breakfast. There's no way I can survive until lunch without eating something! I've been trying to keep breakfast low carb, which basically means eggs and sometimes sausage or ham on the side.
They're such a PITA, so I usually just have 2 eggs over medium.
I just get up and go in the morning, so I bring stuff that transports easily. Prior to being pregnant I'd usually eat some fruit with tea or hot chocolate (or water if I wasn't feeling anything warm). I'm not a big breakfast/morning eater, but I usually get a little hungry before lunch.
That's not enough anymore, so in addition to the fruit I bring a mini bagel (whole grain) and cream cheese (sometimes peanut butter). I usually eat that earlier in the morning for "breakfast", then the fruit later in the morning as a "snack" to bridge me to lunch.
Granola bars are great too and very portable.
Hahahahaha!
And I totally forgot what they were called, hence my lame description. I could never forget pajama jeans though! We need to do another GTG so you can model them. Weren't you going to post a pic here???
I'm the same way about not being hungry or wanting to eat until after I've been up for a while. And DH is weird about wanting to eat our meals together--at least dinner, not necessarily breakfast because he's usually starving as soon as he opens his eyes and can't wait for me
I used to skip it often but ever since getting pregnant with Lil I HAVE to eat breakfast or I'm a mess for the whole day. I actually quite enjoy having the chance to sit down in the morning and relax while eating breakfast with Lil and DH. I'm not hungry and I'm calmer.
I usually have a bowl of cereal or a bagel with cream cheese. On the weekend we usually have 1 "special" breakfast of scrambled eggs, french toast, or pancakes.
