I feel ya, kid
My yoga class is held in a church basement all-purpose room; they also hold Sunday School classes there. This week they had kids' letters to God posted on a bulletin board. One was:
Dear God,
Thank you for the baby brother but what I really prayed for was a puppy.

My cousin found out the sex of her baby this past weekend. Before this, my H and I were speculating about it, and I said that I was hoping for a puppy.
