As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Hello girls, sorry I've been MIA lately. Things around here have been pretty busy. I've been trying to read your posts & keep up.
All is well here. I'm helping Nelson out at his business after I get off work so I'm working a full time job & a part time job along with co-chairing a fundraiser at SD's school & teaching a middle school youth class at church every other Wednesday night. It's a lot but so far I'm enjoying it all.
SD is doing well. She's cheering for 3rd-6th grade basketball team at her school & loving every minute of it. She went to the regional spelling bee for her school this past week. She didn't win but we're glad that she got to participate.
SD's mom is as crazy as ever. I made a decision this weekend that I'm just not going to deal with her. I don't have to speak to her & I certainly don't have to put up with her BS so I'm not. It's quite a liberating feeling. I will just continue to do what Nelson & I think is best for SD & if she doesn't like it then that's her issue to deal with.
Nelson is doing well. Things at his work are very busy & he's having to do a lot of work at home. I'm glad that things are going so well at his business but it will be nice when things level out.
