Ten Things Tuesday
1) The Wings game was super awesome last night!!
2) I'm still super tired though.
3) I usually do minimal HW during the week and the rest on the weekend but since I'm going to Chicago this weekend, I have to get everything done by Thursday night. Ugh.
4) I didn't work yesterday because Lake Orion Community Schools were closed. I'm really annoyed by that, but I was really productive at home so that's good.
5) I wish I wasn't so tired all the time because sleep sounds good!
6) A close friend of mine started plentyoffish.com and already found a good match with a guy that has very similar interests. I've been praying for her, and I hope things work out.
7) Since I didn't work yesterday, today feels like a Monday but it's a 4 day week!
8) I'm starting to feel like DH and I will never be able to save money. Yesterday I didn't work, so I don't know if I'll get paid for that day, and even though we had free tickets and parking pass for the game last night, I still had to drive to Detroit which is gas I wasn't planning on using.
9) I have to get gas, but I'm going to wait until tomorrow. I really hope it doesn't go up!
10) Can I get out of debt now and graduate? Please? School, you suck.

1. I did not sleep well last night
2. I didn't even fall asleep until close to 2am. (I definitely saw the clock at 1:30)
3. I think it's because DH is out of town. I never seem to sleep as well when he is out of town.
4. The rain and all of the wind that we had last night, didn't help either.
5. I (started and) finished the first book of the hunger games last weekend. It took me less than 32 hours to read the entire thing.
6. I am now about 80% of the way through the second book.
7. I wanted to make sure I read the books before the movie comes out later this year!
8. I am downing coffee right now... SO TIRED!
9. Since DH is out of town, my neighbors invited me over for dinner!
10. I am super excited because they always have awesome food for dinner!

1. Today is a short day at work because I am going to a "doctor appointment", but I am really going to an interview for a full-time job.
2. Said interview is for GM, but I'd really be hired by a contracting company. This makes me nervous because I would only be guaranteed a job until the end of the year (assuming I get the job)
3. If I am being honest with myself, I really like where I am working, and do not want to leave. I am hoping to go back for my masters starting in the fall, and if I get this new job, it will be very difficult for me to go back to school.
4. This weather sucks. It's the middle of January and we have no snow. I just wish mother nature would decide what she wants to do. Stop teasing us with this warm weather.
5. I made myself a PB&J for lunch and I am SOOO excited. I haven't had one in forever.
6. I am on a Beatles kick right now and it's very relaxing to just have them playing in the background while I work
7. I realized last night, while looking at my shoes, that all my heels are open toed and really not good for wearing in 30 degree weather... I need to fix this
8. It's hard to believe Valentine's Day is in about 3 weeks.... I wonder if we are going to do anything special for our first married Valentine's Day
9. I really want to be down another 5 pounds by March. I am praying I can do it!

1. Usually I don't want to go to work on Tuesdays but today I'm excited about it because I want a few hours away from my grumposaurus child!
2. Another coworker is pregnant and I am super duper excited for her.
3. That now makes 3 of us out of 10 that are pregnant... scheduling is getting interesting since the pregnant girls can't do xrays, anesthesia, etc.
4. I am super excited to start on Teagan's room but have to get rid of our queen size bed that is in there. Anyone interested?
5. I usually love winter but I'm actually pretty ready for spring!
6. The neighbors moved into the house behind us over the weekend.
7. Because of number 6, we have to get a new covering for our wall door. The cheapy vertical blinds aren't cutting it. A few of the slats have fallen and broken off leaving huge gaps in it!
8. It's pizza night since I work till at least 7 but I really don't want pizza.
9. We need to go grocery shopping.
10. I have spent a lot of money lately and it's really ridiculous. I need to stop.
I love when people who are fun/good cooks/etc invite me to dinner or something because you know it's going to be a good time!
3 - Working full time and going to school full time is a challenge, but definitely do-able. You just got to believe in yourself!
4 - Mother Nature is a whore.

1) I have to post and run today.
2) I only have 2 days of work left which is exciting and sad all at the same time.
3) I thought I was done saying goodbye to my in laws but now they want to see us one more time before we go. It annoys me because I just want to be done with my goodbyes but I understand them wanting to see their son one more time. I will be gracious and keep my opinion to myself.
4) I have been wanting to spend money so bad lately but I really need to be saving.
5) The Amazing Race comes back on Feb 19th and I am really excited about this!
6) I woke up with a headache sinus thing going on. I feel hungover and I didn't drink yesterday.
7) I am getting an A in my class so far and I am pretty proud of myself for that.
8) In November I went to LA for a wedding and DH and I went to watch a taping of Lets Make a Deal and it aired today. You could see glimpses of us in the audience it was fun!
9) I have been such a slacker about everything lately.
10) I want a mini pig.

1) I went to bed at 9:30pm last night and didn't get up til 8:00am this morning.
2) I called my boss and told her I was having a rough morning (even though I really just wanted to sleep longer) and would be late to work. She said that was fine. (She is being understanding as she had rough morning sickness when she had her little guy two years ago).
3) I was punished for my white lie by getting sick when I finally did get out of bed :-/
4) My SIL is pregnant and no one in the family is happy about it, especially me and DH.
5) I feel kind of bad for SIL.
6) Its still super early, but my mom and MIL are already talking baby shower and I can't help but be excited about it.
7) We have a new intern starting at our office today and I get the pleasure of showing her the ropes this afternoon.
8) I have not happy about number 7 because I have a lot of other work the needs to get done.
9) So I have no idea why I am sitting on the Nest and not doing said work.
10) I had Taco Bell for lunch because nothing sounds good any more :-(
1. I wish I had just a small piece of chocolate at my desk. I'm afraid I'm going to end up buying a candy bar this afternoon!
2. I did some organizing this weekend and feel good about it!
3. I've been following airline prices and it's like a roller coaster, one day it's up like crazy, the next day it's down, then up, etc.
4. I am glad to see that gas prices went down, but I'm afraid that it's going to jump the usual .30 it does weekly it seems.
5. I hate when gas prices go up .30 at a time, that should be against the law!
6. The pretty snow on the ground sure didn't last long.
7. Sorry, these ten things aren't too exciting...lol.
8. DD is so sweet, she has all of the characters from Mickey Mouse clubhouse (stuffed animals), she'll play a song on her toy and dance with one of them. Then she'll say, Minnie's turn, and she makes sure each one gets a turn.
9. I can't get enough of Once Upon a Time, such a good show!
10. Even though it's just a frozen meal, I'm excited for lasagna tonight!
My mom was just asking when the Race comes back on, we love this show!

4 & 5 - why is nobody happy for her?, if you don't mind me asking
1) I slept for 8 hours last night, but I still feel exhausted.
2) I think I need an early bedtime again tonight
3) I'm trying to sell stuff on craigslist, and it's super annoying getting the scam emails all the time!
4) I think my iphone is starting to die on me, but I'm hoping it can hold out a little longer
5) I have the sweetest dog in the whole entire world. She snuggled up with me this morning because it was cold in my house
6) I forgot to bring lunch today, so I think I'll use that as an excuse to indulge in a little Pad Thai
7) G is working on remondeling his bathroom a little, and I have to say it's pretty darn attractive that he knows how to do all the projects that he's doing

9) I'm still thinking about the Pad Thai that I'll be eating
10) I'm off to stalk plane tickets to bring G down for a visit!
4 - I need gas... I really hope it doesn't jump that high by tomorrow.

1. I'm really late to posting in here today.
2. Really, I've been MIA for a couple weeks now.
3. It's works fault. I've been swamped and have actually had to work hard at work.
4. I fell on an icy sidewalk on Saturday. My leg and ankle twisted under my body. My leg still hurts.
5. At the time, I was more mad about the salt I got on my purse.
6. Have I mentioned that work is kicking my butt?
7. DH was oot all last week and I lost 3 pounds.
8. I was also earlier to work everyday by 15-25 minutes.
9. #7 & 8 proves DH is a bad influence on me, but in fun ways.
10. I'm already hungry and it's only 4:00. It's going to be a long few hours.
I know. At least one of us is always pregnant it seems!
We ended up having pizza. It was pretty good in the end.
Even though I've been spending money, it's all stuff I need in the end...
The new neighbors do have kids but we have not officially met them yet.
We can't keep the queen because we don't have another room to put it in. We only have 3 bedrooms.
She is living with her fianc? and his parents because they can't afford a place of their own and her fianc? already has two babies with two different baby mommies. It's not a good situation and everyone is kind of upset that she put herself in it. She was taking birth control at one point, but when I asked her about it she said she wasn't on it any more.
1. I intended to read through everyone's "Ten Things" tonight but I'm not sure I'm gonna' get to it afterall.
2. I'm looking forward to reading them tomorrow.
3. I did five loads of laundry today.
4. I hate that the laundry room is in the basement, although I guess I should just be thankful that I have a laundry period.
5. I made some smores after dinner tonight and really enjoyed them.
6. #5 was made easy by my discovery of some new flat marshmallows that Kraft makes.
7. I'd post a picture of said marshmallows but I'm feeling too lazy. Maybe tomorrow.
8. I think I really need to start taking better care of myself (drying my hair, wearing makeup more often) because I've been feeling really frumpy lately.
9. The constant disarray of my house and all the toys sitting around really drives me crazy.
10. I know we've had a pretty mild winter so far, but I'm already sick of the cold and want it to be spring soon.
