  • As a whole, how did the past week go for you? It went well. I'm proud of what I accomplished last week. :)

    What worked for you this week? working out & counting calories

    What didn't work? Besides the snow, ladies! i think i worked out too much on saturday.. sunday i didn't wanna do anything!

    What are your goals for the coming week? do some sort of 30min workout every day, including the 30ds.

    Are you drinking your water? yes, atleast half my body weigh in oz. :)

  • As a whole, how did the past week go for you? Ok. Not great.

    What worked for you this week?  Meal planning with the hubs so we aren't eatting out or doing some other crappy convienence foods.

    What didn't work? Besides the snow, ladies! Everyone having the flu...

    What are your goals for the coming week? Try to hop on the eliptical 3 times.

    Are you drinking your water? Yes! I am trying to cut down my coffee in take and drastically increase water.

     

    **I have no idea how I'm doing weightloss wise though I still have not bought a scale yet to find out...

    As a whole, how did the past week go for you?  AWFUL!  The snow was a diet killer.  I refuse to get on the scale. 

    What worked for you this week? Nothing.  I was defeated.

    What didn't work? Besides the snow, ladies!  I lost my self control.  I blame the snow, but it didn't MAKE me eat tons.  I just did it to feel good.  Ugh.

    What are your goals for the coming week?  Eat a reasonable amount.  Try to get back on the wagon.

    Are you drinking your water?  I had like three glasses last week.  I know that doesn't seem like much, but it's a serious improvement for me.

    TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.

    As a whole, how did the past week go for you? Just ok, but I was down 2 pounds this morning!

    What worked for you this week? portion control. I tend to do pretty well with eating most of the time, but in social settings I go overboard and/or eat things I know I really shouldn't. I fully enjoyed a few indulgences, but in small portions.

    What didn't work? Besides the snow, ladies! I sucked at scheduling this week and didn't get in as many workouts as planned.

    What are your goals for the coming week? Half marathon training starts on Monday, and I'd really love to drop a little more weight before then. I'm hoping the scale will continue to budge in the early weeks of my training plan too, but when I hit the longer runs, I don't expect to be losing a ton of weight. Limiting carbs helps me a lot, but some carbs are very necessary once my runs are longer than 5 miles.

    Are you drinking your water? Yes ma'am! And I've found that the more I work out, the easier it is to remember to fill up my water bottle and keep drinking it.

    Walking in the snow.

    What didn't work? Besides the snow, ladies!
    The gym was closed a lot of the week.  Also the bar at dh's birthday party.  Being too busy to eat real food and eating less-than-healthfully/too much when i'm too hungry.

    What are your goals for the coming week?
    Gym 3x; go to bed on time

    Always

  • As a whole, how did the past week go for you? not very good. took a rest week b/c of snow...diet wasn't bad though. Idk if I lost anything. I weighed in on Friday? I think and I was down 1.3 lbs....today I am only down .3lbs.....so idk. Weight fluctuates too much.

    What worked for you this week? having a rest week. which is actually recommended for NROLW, so I guess it wasn't so bad.

    What didn't work? Besides the snow, ladies!  pretty much the snow was it.

    What are your goals for the coming week? Same old same old. Stick to less than 100g of carbs. Lots of water. And START NROLW

    Are you drinking your water? yes. not enough though.

    yep. lots of zumba is on the agenda for the week.....although, I just came down with a cold, which really sucks. my throat is killing me.

    Yah...I missed Saturday...just didn't feel like going. I counted it in on my rest week. I had a full 7 days of rest. NROLW talks about the importance of giving your muscles a week to rest every so often because it helps them repair themselves....and I was in like perma-sore from zumba 5x a week for over a month, so the snow gave me a good reason to take a rest week.

    What are your goals for the coming week? Run 3 x and do some of my Nike Training Club excercises from the app I downloaded.

    Middle of the road, if that is an acceptable answer. I didn't eat awful but not great.

    What worked for you this week? Being back at work and not able to snack as easily and on a schedule.

    What didn't work? Besides the snow, ladies! The snow! I was out of school Wednesday to Friday.  I need a schedule!  We had a potluck luncheon at work.  Ugh!  How do you write down what you ate when it was a little bit of everything! Ugh!

    What are your goals for the coming week? Get my booty to the gym!

    Are you drinking your water? Yes, but not enough!
