the dental office I work at is going to a dental conference at Mohegan Sun Casino in May. They did this last year too I didn't go but from what I hear everyone had a blast. It's 3 days 2 nights all paid for except gambling and if you go off to eat or shop on your own.
Pros - I've never been there before and it sounds fun, free, good food, shows, fun group of people
cons - I'd have to take at least 2 days off of my regular job, not a big deal I have a lot of vacation time but still. I'd have to sit through dental lectures which I couldn't give a rats ass about.
should I stay or should I go now?

Re: WWReD?
ok, I think I will go. The only other concern is that I know the two people I'm closest to (one being my BF) are already rooming together so I don't know if I'd end up with someone else, although at this point they've all probably paired off. maybe they'll give me my own room! that would be worth it.
I've never been to a casino before except for Atlantic City when I was about 11 and my step brother and I hung out on the board walk while his mother and grandmother gambled for a few days.
Dude, go! I mean, look at how much fun these people are having!

I faked a coughing attack to get out of a reallllllly boring seminar once. True story. Then I left instead of going back in.
Sit by the door and start coughing up a lung. Walla!
For less then ten cents a day, you can feed a hungry child.
and now I'm definitely going!
