We are getting take out Thai food, but I will be cooking tomorrow.
I am making italian white bean and spinach soup. It also has some ground turkey in it. YUM!

I am glad you don't have to cook your own bday dinner tonight! Thai sounds so good!
Taco Tuesday for us, but with chicken this week since have more of that than we do ground turkey.
I think tonight will be grilled chicken breasts with grilled peppers and onions.
It's so warm out, we might actually use the grill. I love this weather!
