so for the past couple nights i've been tossing and turning for more than an hour.. it's driving me crazy.. so now i'm up watching bad girls club..
it seems like i go through this every once in a while.. i'm working out though.. so shouldn't i be tired?
i just wanna lay down and fall asleep like i used to!

we're having twins!
Re: can't sleep
i've been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately too...but i think that's becuase of my cold. i'm normally *really* good at sleeping (at least i have been throughout the pregnancy), so this is really irritating for me.
sarack, try self servicing- seriously. will put ya right to bed (if you don't have a cold).

jumped ship to the new and improved nest. back to TB for baby boards.
Usually a good hard workout makes me super sleepy! I ran last night and I was nodding off on the couch by 8pm.
Jenn's suggestion is way more fun, but when I can't fall asleep quickly enough, I take a natural supplement called Midnight. We get it at Walgreens and it's on the shelf with all of the sleeping pills. It can be taken either before bed or in the middle of the night, so long as you'll be able to sleep for at least 3 hours after taking it. H and I both swear by it if we have trouble falling asleep. I get up super early and I'm a mess if I don't get a solid 7 hours of sleep, so if I think there's any chance of not falling asleep right away, I take a midnight about 30 minutes before bed.
Hope you get some rest!

It could be a few things. Like the weather lately might be giving you headaches in the middle of the night that prevents you from falling asleep really. Or if you work out too close to bed time, at a certain point of fitness, I think you start producing a lot more adrenaline than you are tired from working out, so it keeps you up.
I've had trouble getting to sleep lately, but if I go to sleep, I'm out until forever.
