I felt like I had a really strong week. But I didn't lost anything. Went running 4 time and went to the pool once ( went to swim laps but there was a swim meet so I took the deep water aerobics class instead). I meet my goal of exercising 5 times.
Me and DH joined a gym yesterday! We normally work out at home, running outside and lifting in our basement. But, we don't have all the equipment to lift safely at home. There's a gym less then a mile from our house and DH gets a discount from work so we decided to join. Now we can really get into a weight training routine and hopefully it will help with my weight loss. Plus, DH looks HOT when he's lifting, Mr. Studly
Goals, for next week... Work out 5 times and track. Get on new BC which will hopefully figure out my hormones which will help me lose weight. EDIT: Drink more water this week. I feel dehydrated.
And I have an AW, I went down in a belt loop hole
And my pants are starting to get baggy.
I didn't make it to 30 pounds lost like I was hoping too, but I'm 1.5 away from it, which is my half-way point to my goal weight. I ran at the gym 4 times. The C25K week I'm on wants me to run for 3 minutes straight, I did it for the 2 times in the one session, but I have not been able to do it again. So hopefully this week I can, I'm repeating that week again. I did some strength training with my mom yesterday and I am soooo sore. My armpit muscles on both sides kill, I can lift my arms over 45? but it's a good burn I guess.
So I'm gonna try harder this week with the training, and I think I am also going to get a Fitbit
I am jealous of this. My DH doesn't want to join the gym. He does no physical activity, so while he's been loosing weight and looking better, he's not building any sexy muscles :-(
I was hoping to get down another 2 pounds, but the scale isn't cooperating...that being said, I was able to get into a pair of dress pants for work that I haven't been able to wear since July, so that was a nice surprise! I also resisted many temptations...including pizza (which is one of my favs!)
This week I want to continue to make healthy choices, do my 4 workouts (and maybe more...) and hopefully see that scale move a "little to the less."
ETA...Wednesday morning! BROKE THROUGH MY LITTLE PLATEAU!! So happy!!
