Being a mess for 1 night is ok, right?

I had to drop H off at the airport this afternoon, to head back to work. Which was a day earlier than excepted. (back story: he works overseas with a company based out of Qatar)  When he gets back he will be moving to a new location where its a little more not so friendly.

So tonigth after my ds's are in bed I am going to veg out with oven pizza, icecream and Teen mom and just have a little pitty party (at least I am doing better than those girls).  Then tomorrow its back to the grind of homework, looking for a job (got to do something before this town gets to me) and keeping up with the kiddos. Then back to running on Monday, YAY for being cleared by the doc, finally.

  • I always give myself that first night and then wake up to a new day.  Enjoy your pizza and ice cream.  Find something funny to watch.

  • Thanks Ladies!  I got through the pizza and I am not even going to try to get to the icecream lol.  I think I might hit the shower and go to bed early tonight.

  • I think being a mess for one night is perfectly fine! I'm sorry you're having a rough night!

  • I'm with ya! H just left for a TDY that was originally only suppose to be 3-7 weeks. Now the guaranteed minimum is longer than that. I feel like he JUST got back (maybe because it's barely been 4 months). Bleh!

Anyway, I agree with Tex, I give myself the first night to have a pitty party and then wake up to a new day. I hope this time goes by fast for you!
