What RedFin agents find in homes...

"Went into a vacant home to find a big pile of pot on a "how to care for
your new hardwood floors" brochure on the kitchen counter."
Awesome.

"a very large man sitting on the throne"

I should start a blog ;-)
I went to an open house once and there was a 'grow farm' (yes, weed) in the master bedroom. They tried to conceal it but it was so damn obvious, the whole house stunk for one thing.
I visited a house that was red-tagged (marked not fit for habitation) and the person was a hoarder. There was kitty litter on all the floors throughout the house and a septic tank had collapsed in the back yard.
I've also turned tail and left asap because my 'spidey-sense was tingling'.
There is so much more....
