Moms...how about 2 kids under 1 (not twins)?
Seriously.
My husband's niece's aunt (got that? lol) had a little trouble getting pregnant with her first. As such, after she had him (by C-section) she immediately started trying for the second...and got pregnant that first month? Her second was born 10 months to the day after her first (I don't think the second went full term, I think second baby went a little early via c-section).
AGH! I'm not even a mom and I can't imagine the mental and physical exhaustion. I mean, first trimester tiredness with a newborn baby?!?! Two labor and deliveries in one year?!? My mind is BLOWN.

I would shoot myself in the head. :-)
I can't even begin to imagine the stress that would put on your body.

Irish Twins!
The biggest mind-blowing factor for me is that she let her husband near her that soon after childbirth, but maybe c-section mamas feel differently I guess. Gives me the shivers... lol
Crazy.
At the daycare where I used to work, we had a family with three kids like that.
The oldest was born in September of 1995, the next was born in August of 1996, and the third was born in July of 1997. Three kids (no multiples) in 22 months.
I have a friend with kids 13 months apart too. She had to go to a fertility doctor to get pregnant with the first one. She never had a period and found out she was nearly in her second trimester at a standard gyn appt. Crazy how things happen!!
I'm a c-section mom, and I can't believe it, either. The very last thing I wanted a month out was to do eet. It scares me just to think of it!

I would die.
We only waited the 6 weeks, though. I didn't have a c-section though. We just used protection which is a damn good thing b/c I got my period again like 12 weeks after having her!
I know a lot of families like this - more our generation or older. My Aunt had 4 under 5 years old! None were twins. My Mom had 5....but we were over a 12 year span. Muuuuch better
