In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Waiting for approval from seller...
Our seller has to approve our offer by 5pm tonight. It is currently 1:27 here. We haven't heard anything yet. Is this a bad sign? We officially put the offer down last night.

No, not a bad sign. Sometimes, due to schedules, it takes time before a couple can get together to talk about it and then, in turn, talk to their agent about it. Depending upon what time you made the offer last night, if the sellers both work FT, they may not even respond until after your deadline. Also, when we were selling, our agent waited to reply on purpose as a negotiation tactic (so that we wouldn't look too eager).
Should be exactly 5:00 by you now... hope it's good news!
