We are having a wrap up party for my marathon team and it will be potluck. Any suggestions on what I should bring? I want it to be somewhat simple, but fancy looking. Obviously it should travel well, and I don't want anything that needs to be kept over heat, as I'm not sure if that will be available. Pinterest links welcome! :-)
Re: What should I bring?
And they taste awesome!

I haven't made quinoa tabbouleh for while! It's so good
I might have to make some this week; I bought a bunch of fresh parsley last night just because.

I don't know if it is heathly but my mom makes a 7 layer taco dip that is awesome and no matter where she takes it it goes in like 30 mins of the party. I make it a lot too and sometimes I just take it for lunch because all you need are some tortilla chips haha.
Recipe:
1- 8 oz package cream cheese softened
1- 16oz container of sour cream
1- package of taco seasoning
2- medium tomatoes
1- medium head of lettuce
1- medium red onion
1- large jar of your favorite salsa
sliced black olives (I use 2 4oz cans because I can't find them any bigger)
1-package taco cheese
Blend cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning until it is smooth. Spread mixture onto the bottom of a 9x13 glass dish and refridgerate for an hour just so it sets. In the mean time... shread the whole head of lettuce, set aside. Cut tomatoes into bite size chunks, set aside. Dice red onion, I do tiny tiny dicing!, set aside... After an hour spread the whole jar of salsa ontop of the cream cheese mixture, then the onion, then the lettuce, then the tomatoe, olives and cheese. Use tortilla chips to dip!
Sooooo good. I could eat some right now.
