Can you change my goal? I'm signing up for another 5K in the spring so my goal is to finish a 5K in under 40 minutes (yes, I know, it sounds pathetic but I'm really struggling to jog at all and the course they use in Edinburgh is super, super hilly)
QOTD: I love to read so relaxing with comfy blankets, a glass of wine and a good book! Or, the total opposite - heading out with my girlfriends for lots of cocktails!

Can you add me? My goal is to work out twice a week and tone up my arms and abs.
To relax, I used to take a bath with a book and a glass of wine..but now I don't have a bathtub, so I guess I sit in the shower or ask H for a massage
I've been really good at running 6 km twice a week. Unfortunately I woke up sick today and probably wont go running tomorrow. Since starting in September I've gone down two sizes!
QOTW: A few glasses of wine while cooking at home or like Pitt going out with friends to drink and dance!
Woo-hoo, I've started doing something, yay me!
QOTW: I like to just sit on the couch with a glass of wine (or a cold beer in summer) and watch a good movie or read a book.
