Welcome to the new year, ladies! Now that the holidays are behind us, it's back on target...good luck to everyone for a happy and healthy 2012!

QOTD: What are your favorite ways to relax after a long day?

Muffie ? lose 76 pounds by March 2012.
Snowyowl ? lose 53 pounds
oneslybookworm ? lose 10 pounds by March, continue eating healthier and get back into running
Ktkl09 ? maintain healthy weight
ukyankee - work on getting fit
cakenbake - get down to 130 pounds and to finish a 5k by one year postpartum
Coffee & Cream - go to the gym four times per week and maintain my current weight
Valerie - lose 20kgs
meggers5 - be down to 160 pounds
nmlahaie - exercise at least 4 times a week and maintain current weight or gain weight in muscle
Publius ? stay fit and exercise 6 days a week
azure_azure - exercise 3 times a week and to tone stomach muscles

    Can you change my goal? I'm signing up for another 5K in the spring so my goal is to finish a 5K in under 40 minutes (yes, I know, it sounds pathetic but I'm really struggling to jog at all and the course they use in Edinburgh is super, super hilly)

    QOTD: I love to read so relaxing with comfy blankets, a glass of wine and a good book! Or, the total opposite - heading out with my girlfriends for lots of cocktails!

  • Can you add me? My goal is to work out twice a week and tone up my arms and abs.

    To relax, I used to take a bath with a book and a glass of wine..but now I don't have a bathtub, so I guess I sit in the shower or ask H for a massage

  • I've been really good at running 6 km twice a week. Unfortunately I woke up sick today and probably wont go running tomorrow. Since starting in September I've gone down two sizes!

    QOTW: A few glasses of wine while cooking at home or like Pitt going out with friends to drink and dance!

  • Today we bought a pre-owned Wii and Wii Fit Plus, so I guess this year I'll remember that I even joined the challenge?

  • Woo-hoo, I've started doing something, yay me!

    QOTW: I like to just sit on the couch with a glass of wine (or a cold beer in summer) and watch a good movie or read a book.

    I'm frustrated at plateauing at -33lbs for weeks now. so annoying. anyone else?
