Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Meals & Exercise - 1/25/12

B - English muffin w/ PB, a clementine, hot tea

L - Tomato orzo soup, Triscuits w/ hummus

S - Honeycrisp apple and a Babybel cheese wedge

E - 3 mile run

D - still need to figure that out (maybe tilapia, maybe chili)

    L - bagel thin with PB

    S - Z bar (kids Clif bar)

    E - stair stepper, treadmill (if it's open) and weights for my arms.

  • B - honey whole wheat bagel with fat free cream cheese

    L - homemade chicken noodle soup

    S - orange

    E - 30 Day Shred

    D - chicken and wild rice casserole with Greek yogurt instead of soup and a side of veggies

    L- maybe a bowl of cereal

    D- frozen dinner

    S- Whatever I find

  • B: my usual greek yogurt, granola, blueberries, coffee with 1/2 & 1/2.

    L:  probably left over thai food.

    D:  roasted chicken with roasted cauliflour and some cous cous.

    E:  not sure if I will go to Zumba or take the night off.  My asz muscles are really sore from shakin' it!

    S:  mini luna bar if I need it.
