Re: Jacksonville Dog Owners
Aww, I think Belle and I might have to do that! Pumpkin is crazy, and Charlotte barks too much... Belle's my only good one! Haha.
Do you think I could take Violet in the stroller?
Don said Barney wouldn't walk the full mile and a half because he's too lazy and I have to carry him if he won't walk. LOL
I looked at pictures from last year and see lots of strollers so I think it would be fine. I think they're actually babies in the strollers and not dogs, but then I saw this dog in a baby bjorn thing so who knows.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one with "bad dogs". I hate that I can't take them down to RAM or like, Bark at the Park.
And LB - Belle might end up in the stroller with Violet at some point, I don't think she can do 1.75 miles either, lol. But I'd never use a dog stroller, I side-eye those people hardcore.
I'm really not sure about Rocky. I mean, he's really good with lots of people. I've just never seen him with multiple dogs. He always pulls and wants to sniff when we pass other dogs in the neighborhood but he's pretty calm about it. He'd probably be just fine but I don't think something like this is the right opportunity to test that theory out.
Hahaha. +1 for Don
I'm sorry if I offended you! I don't mean to say he's a bad dog.
I get over sensitive about it. I hate that I can't 100% trust Pumpkin to behave around other dogs, I am always paranoid. I see people with their dogs off the leash, following them perfectly and never barking and I get down on myself. So in my mind, she's a bad dog. When in reality, it's partially her breed, partially her personality, and partially me not being a good trainer.
LOL! You didn't offend me at all. Sorry if you thought that's what my response implied.
My dogs are definitely people dogs and not dog dogs at all. Doesn't make them bad, that's common with a ton of breeds!
This is totally Cabela and Juno. The love people but are not fans of other dogs. Cabela just does not do well with others dogs or really in any situation where there are tons of people. DH always wants to take her to things like the spring parade downtown since that is what he did with his last dog but I say no since I know she will not do well in those situations and I don't want to put her into a situation where she is not comfortable. I think it has to do with her breed since we tried to expose her to both different people/dogs as a puppy.
