I am giving him a baby... that's about all I can think of. His birthday is the 1st so I always have a hard time coming up with two gifts.

DH's birthday is Valentine's day so it always makes things a little tough. He wants some saw or something... Neither cute nor imexpensive. I have to brainstorm and think of something cute for him from M though.

We used to go all out with V Day...jewelry, pocketbooks (for me lol), nights out, etc. but the past few years we have been just doing cards because we've been on vacation during V Day. This year we will be away again so it'll prob be a card from me and one from the babe and maybe chocolate???

We dont really do gifts, we used to do a card and go out to a really nice restaurant but since we bought our house the last two years we have just been doing a nice dinner at home

probably just chocolate. we used to "buy each other" our yankees tickets, but stopped that last year- we were always selling tickets bc of DD. so most likely he'll just get chocolate. i think last year we went to a spa together for massages, which i'd be more than happy to do.

Egh, I am clueless and usually have decent ideas but I seem to be fresh out. I mean, other than the son he has always wanted (lol) I have no clue what to give him. Chocolate definietly and something cute from LB & the baby boy.

Dh and I are going to AC when he's on winter break from work. Thats our gift to each other. A night of alone time. even though we are going with another couple.

J was DH's Christmas gift and it will be his Valentine's and bday (2/5) gifts, too. At this rate, I'll use it as our August anniversary gift, too.

I will prob get him a little something from J.

Last year I made a home cooked Italian dish. And red velvet cupcakes from scratch! I'll prob make some dessert again this year- he has a big sweet tooth!

Not totally sure what I'm getting him, maybe make his favorite dessert. He has to work that night though so I doubt we will do anything.

For the ladies who are on a tight budget I made him something I saw on pinterest. It's a deck of cards with a reason why I love him on each card, so "52 reasons why I love you".

I've also made him a "Just Because" Jar and filled it with 18 different slips of paper and each one had something on it for the week, on Sundays he would get to pick one out. Some of them were things I would do for him, like take the trash out all week or do the dinner dishes all week, others were something to do together like a date night to the movies or a picnic dinner in the living room. It was fun and a nice way to do something to show him I love him each week.
