What's everyone up to on this Wednesday? Any exciting plans? We're halfway to the weekend at least!!
Nothing exciting here, I just have to do a ton of work for my classes. I should figure out something yummy to make for dinner too since it's H's late night at work and he'll probably be cranky and hungry.

Just found out DH will be away for 5 more days than planned. I was supposed to see him Friday but now I won't see him til next Wednesday. I'm losing my mind, and I'm kinda down in the dumps about it.
Nothing special going on today - I have a ton of work to do for my job so I'll be busy busy.

I get to go to acupuncture appt #2 (it seriously makes my back feel so so much better) and then to yoga. Dh will be making supper since I'll be the one home late and probably cranky cause I'm hungry.
We also get our final measurements for our new kitchen today.....yippeee!
Nothing at all exciting here either! I have to sweep the house and do the dishes... speaking of that I forgot I ran dish water over an hour ago... anyway.
I am making cajun shrimp bisque for dinner tonight so I have to get that stuff together and get the stock on so that I'm not making dinner at 10pm! haha
I'm ready for today to be over because tomorrow night my dad and I are taking my brother to see Rain: A Beatles Tribute for his birthday. He turns 17 on Friday! ahhh he is making me feel so old! Then Friday my mom and I are taking him out to dinner! Who said that being a product of divorce is a bad thing

Good morning! Thus far I'm having a hellacious day and am thinking I should have stayed in bed.
I've got to straight up the house some tonight but other than that, I'm pretty clear. I have taco fixings all ready to go, so all I have to do is get some wraps (we don't eat taco shells) and supper is done!

Nothing all that interesting going on my neck of the woods. I'm still sick, but at least since I've been up and moving, my sore throat has subsided. Today is a relatively easy day because it's late start and tomorrow I have an all day district meeting I really have to go to, so I figured it's just easier to go in. If I'm still feeling miserable after tomorrow though, I'll call in on Friday.
Joy-That really stinks! I'm sorry you're having to go so long with your H!
Salty-that's really exciting about your kitchen! You'll have to post pics once it's all done

Brittni- My sister and Dad saw Rain last year and STILL rave about them!
I'm having a normal Wednesday. I'm teaching all day, and then I have a few errands to run before going home and cooking dinner. I'm not sure what I'm going to make, so I'll look up a recipe that is low calorie but yummy! Tomorrow I just found out that the Superintendent and Asst Superintendent are going to be walking through my classroom so I'm going to make sure my lesson is perfect for tomorrow!

Joy - Ugh!!! That has got to be frustrating!!!
Nothing really going on with me. We got some serious rain last night, our house shook all night long (yup, I said it...) from the thunder and I got almost no sleep. I slept in a bit and got to work 2 hours late. lol
Oh...my sister (aka bridezilla) sent me a picture of a positive pregnancy test last night. Looks like I'm going to be an aunt again. I have mixed emotions about the whole thing. I'm way more excited for the future babies of Juneville than hers...I am a horrible sister.
Good Morning! So far, my day has been productive. SInce the cat woke us up at 5:00, we got in a short work out this morning. Then it was off to work. I've been productive at work too. And I managed to swing a trip to the mortgage broker to drop off some paperwork. Now, I'm back at work, working away.
Supper tonight is "breaded" chicken with spaghetti squash au gratin (yep a pinterest recipe)
Joy - Sorry about your DH. I know it sucks when they are gone for long periods of time!

Brit - RAIN is so fun! I got my husband tickets for Christmas last year and we had an awesome time! I think your dad will probably love it the most. & my brother is going to be 18 in less than 2 months so I know what you mean about feeling old!
My day is a normal workday but Jason has a work dinner so it will be just me and the dog tonight. I plan to do some laundry, walk the dog, and do DH's Kenpo from P90X... it's kinda like kickboxing. I will make myself a protein shake (I just got an awesome vegan chocolate powder, yum!) and a big salad for dinner tonight. I'm kind of annoyed because I was planning to try a new recipe (shrimp pasta) tonight but now I have to wait until tomorrow!
Joy-I'm sorry your H is going to be gone longer
Luckily it seems like you're keeping yourself busy.
I have my pre-conception visit today, I have no idea but I'm sort of nervous about it. I'm looking forward to talking with the doctor about it though, until this point I usually talk to the doctor about avoiding getting pregnant. Now it's about getting prepared for having a baby! Other than that I'm just working :P and I have to pack tonight. I'm heading to Wisconsin in the morning, really looking forward to the girls weekend we have planned.
My friend miscarried on Monday and they had to do the D&C yesterday. So sad and I'm so glad I'll be able to spend some time with her. I think we were all so encouraged when they heard the heartbeat last week. I truly cannot wait to get home and give her a hug.

Lindsey - I hope all goes well at your pre-conception visit! I've been toying with the idea of making an appointment, but haven't committed to it yet!
That is so sad about your friend and her miscarriage. She is lucky that you'll be there to spend some time with her and hopefully comfort her during this time.
Good afternoon! This Wednesday is another busy day at work (this whole week has been busy, I was here until 7 last night), and tonight I'm going to clean my kitchen and play catch-up with shows on my DVR. H will be working at the station tonight, so it will give me plenty of time to do those things that I've been meaning to get done. I won't have time to do much this weekend since Friday night is my city's blogger meet-up, and this is the weekend of my city's big pirate festival and parade (you read that right, we celebrate pirates here). So Saturday is pretty much a wash since we're in the parade and we're going to a post-parade party, and Sunday we have two other commitments. I just need to be really productive this week!
Joy - I'm sorry that your hubby is going to be away for 5 more days. I'm glad you've got the Desperate Housewives and the June housewives to keep you company!
Salty - You must be so excited about your new kitchen! Please share pictures when it's all done!

That's got to be really hard on both of you. It sounds like Matt's job is really intense. I hope that when he gets back you can take some time to be couple-ly again.
This week, I've been working on a paper that I'm using to give a presentation that was scheduled for tomorrow. But then 2 days ago my professor e-mailed to say that she thought it must be good to go to this other random presentation instead of holding our regular seminar session. So now I'm not sure whether I'm presenting tomorrow or not. I have to wait to hear back (hopefully tonight). Ugh! I am OCD. I have a day planner that I carry with me at all times. And I hate last-minute schedule changes.

Joy - ack! that is so frustrating. I'm so sorry, I know you were so looking forward to his returning asap.
Today I'm back to work after what feels like a long hiatus since I had to take yesterday off. I may have to go to the Secretary of State office and figure out why I never got notification to renew my license plate tabs and registration (which expires on my birthday next week). Otherwise I'm planning on reading a bit for school tonight and trying to ease my mind from all of the stress we've been dealing with lately.

Today is another normal work day for me! This week has been busy at work. Tonight H and I are working out together. I need to start cleaning the house because my friends Birthday is this Saturday and since we are the only ones that live close to the city everyone is going to stay the night at our house after we go out. So I will most likely have 10 people staying over. I just hope everyone doesn't want to party at our house after we go out. I don't want to clean up a huge mess.
Lindsey - Good luck at your preconception appointment today! You will have to let me know how it goes! I felt really weird telling my doctor we were going to TTC since normally we only talk about birth control.

Today I am not doing anything. I am having really bad cramps and kinda bummed I'm not pregnant. so, cuddled up with my cats and my netflix. I might do some cleaning in a little bit. Hubby wants to do left over chicken chilli for tonight so, I don't have to worry about dinner, which is nice

Today was a normal work day. I stayed after with 2 kids who were preparing their duet for solo and ensemble festival, which is in a month. H and I just had dinner with my mom, and now I'm waiting for my flute lesson girl to get here. We have choir at church tonight, and I'm supposed to cut H's hair too.

Victoria- I hate last-minute schedule changes too! I need to prepare myself for them. H has finally learned not to do it, but they happen at work all the time, and it messes me up for the day.
