Finally Some Good News!!
Bank of America finally accepted my offer. They are the 2nd lender out of the 2 mortgages that the seller defaulted on in this short sale. They have been dragging since Nov. when the first lender accepted. So I should close some time in March. Saturday I got a letter from my lender saying that if I didn't get an approval by Feb 11th they would close my loan application. My agent forwarded the letter this morning and they accepted this afternoon.
