Recs wanted for a place to take VBA Excel courses
My department is looking for a place where we can take a VBA for Excel course. I've been Googling options and I found the company ONLC in Bethesda and SoftekDC in DC. However, I have never heard of these companies.
Has anyone done training through either of these companies or do you have any recommendations on places to take courses in the DC metro area? Our office is located in Rockville but I think most people in our department would be flexible in terms of doing them in MD, DC or VA.
Re: Recs wanted for a place to take VBA Excel courses
We used ONLC for InDesign Training. It was kind of weird because it was done all online where you could see the instructors computer, but we weren't physically in class with her. The instructor could see our computers to make sure we were doing the correct things.
We signed up with the impression it would be an in-person class and found this out after we paid and registered. It was conducted in an office building and we got a booklet. It was okay, but a bit odd at first.
This was in the Columbia office.

Thanks so much ladies. Learning Tree is the most expensive which is not surprising if they are the best in the area. However, I'm glad to have the positive feedback on them so I can try to steer my manager in that direction.
Tiff - Thanks for the info on ONLC. I called them so I was aware of their training method and I agree...I don't think that would be as effective. However, their course is about 40% of the cost of Learning Tree so I wonder if my boss will choose them due to the price difference.
