BC poll
What do you use? I was on the pill when I got pg (never missed one) so I want to try something different and I can't decide. I have my 6 week post partum appt soon and thats when I need to know...help!

i've only used the pill, am allergic to latex, couldn't wake up consistently for temping, and wasn't a good candidate for IUD (i wanted to have a baby too soon).
dr suggested to me nuva-ring, but it was $30/month, versus $10 for 3 months BCP that i was using...so i opted out.
if cost isn't prohibitive to you, i would try nuva ring (and tell me how it is!).
i think after this baby we will just have a surprise-baby when the time is right, and then have H snipped after that.

actually-- if you're still breastfeeding, you shouldn't use any hormonal bc-- so maybe copper iud?? i don't know much about those though.

I had life altering, vomit inducing cramps before my IUD and now I just have annoying cramps.It is like heaven...

EXCUSE ME, SAY WHAT?!?! That's stopping WAY SHORT of your twenty-sev!! They won't let you adopt 25 kids, so you best be having a few more naturally.
I used the Ring, which killed my sex drive (and hurt if it came out during sexxxaytimes!), but was otherwise awesome, for a couple years.
And then I used the Fertility Awareness Method for two years as TTA, which worked great, and then used it for one cycle of TTC... Now, no need for BC for a bit longer, still.
Planning to go back to FAM once I have stable-enough sleep to get reliable temps.
