This is our first home and put on an offer last night! I expect I will be in here a lot for awhile!

Best of luck. Why do you say you suspect you will be in here for a long time? Because you want to be or because you think it will take a long time to close? We had our offer accepted within 20 minutes of our first offer, (they countered twice so we pretty much met in the middle), and then we closed within 2 weeks! It was a crazy 2 weeks, trying to get inspections done, as well as trying to get out of a lease, and then the logistics of trying to move rihgt before christmas were interesting....So I hope if possible you can close pretty quick and you can be in your new house by march
