Summoned to Jury Duty.
At almost 8 months pregnant. Who thinks I qualify for an exemption??

Just tell them you need to get up and pee every 20 minutes or so.
Then proceed to get very loud and opinionated about something.

That wouldn't be much of a stretch either!! I am calling my doctor in the morning to see what she says. I am hoping she'll write me a letter.
I was excused from Jury Duty this pregnancy when I was about 16 weeks pregnant and felt like I was dieing with morning sickness. I was also excused from it when I was 8-9 months pregnant with Lily. I filled out the request to be excused prior to my date and was notified via email about my request to be excused being granted both times. Good Luck!
As a side note, me and a co-worker were googling jury duty excuses one night for her and it's pretty comical some of the stuff that people come up with. She ended up getting excused because she's breastfeeding her baby.

Yeah, that's what she figured. They didn't end up selecting anyone that day, though for whatever reason and just made them all sit there all day before being sent home.
