Recipe share
E was googling recipes using avocado and lemon (we have a lemon tree in our backyard and wanted to find fun ways to use it!) and found this one. We've had it a couple of times and it's SO good and so easy I had to share...
We've tried just the pasta which is good enough, but last week I threw some tilapia in the oven with lemon juice and pepper and served it with the pasta, and it was to die for.

That looks delicious! I've got avocados at home - I was thrilled to find them for 50 cents each so I bought six.
Our next door neighbors had a gigantic avocado tree in their backyard when I was growing up (in Los Angeles). Love them! Oh, and the possum who hung around our yard liked them too.

I love Oh She Glows (well, not so much her anxiety issues), but a lot of her recipes are great. My favourites are:
