Chase Short Sales...anyone?
Our house is on the market and we have been looking for 9-10 months now...randomly was dropping off a meal to a new mom in my dream neighborhood and noticed a house for sale that is obviously not being taken care of (in the midst of a very nice neighborhood) Called and spoke with the realtor and its a short sale with Chase...anyone have experience with Chase specifically in regards to buying a short sale?

I'm not sure if the bank makes a difference we just bought a short sale with Wells Fargo in November and it took 7 months to close. I would never buy a short sale again. NEVER!
