@ AW - a dream come true

As is true with most babies, I think, DD is fascinated by our telephone. My parents got her a toy one for Christmas, but it just can't hold a candle to the real one. When she was really whiny the other day I went ahead and handed her the real one, and this was the look on her face:

Priceless. And I got about 15 minutes of me time while she gnawed on it.

  • LOL That's adorable! Bean has a telephone she inherited when FIL ruined it (long story short, he fell in a large fountain?) and he had to get it replaced anyway. It won't turn on anymore, but it still has buttons and stuff, so gets the baby/toddler stamp of approval. :)

  • That is a happy face!  Cute.

My niece loved cell phones from the time she was a baby.  She's 6 now and can actually navigate around them now.

These kids and their technology nowdays.

  • Very cute... remote controls are also a hit in our house... we've been known to query each other on a dodgy (taste wise I mean!) programme that is recording... like the infomercial channel...

haha - oh yes, remote controls are very interesting, too. I can usually keep those out of her reach, but keeping her hands away from the phone while I'm talking is difficult because I usually have to carry her around to keep her from crying while I'm trying to have a conversation.

This sounds like our house. DD also loves the computer mouse...and she has managed to do some pretty amazing stuff with it and the keyboard, and I have no idea how to change it back...

  • Very cute.  I gave W my old IPhone the other day and he carries it around the house all the time.
