do you wash your face daily?
Like with a face wash?
Do you moisturize your face every day?
Re: do you wash your face daily?
I should use face wash. I bought a really expensive one to help with redness, but I keep forgetting.
I do try to moisturize every day though, my face feels like sandpaper if I don't.
I wash my makeup off my face every night withe face wash and a clarisonic.
I put moisturizer on in the mornings and usually some type of acne medicine at night with moisturizer in certain dry spots.
It doesn't prevent breakouts, but my skin does clear up a lot faster, and breakouts aren't as bad.
Also, I notice the moisturizer routine is a nice base and makes my make-up last all day.
I have been washing my face twice daily with a face wash since I was in 6th grade. Once I started wearing makeup I started washing my face. Right now I use Neutrogena Naturals face wash and love it! Its gentle and smells great! Once a week I use the Apricot Scrub to exfoliate my face.
Moisturizer - also been using it right after I wash my face since 6th grade. I used Cliniques Dramatically Different lotion for many years and just recently switched to Philosophy's Hope in a Jar (Thanks to all the June girls that recommended it).
Then at night after I wash my face I use a night cream.. Origins Night-a-Mins...love it!! I started using the night cream about 6 months before the wedding when I was finishing up with my Accutane since it dried my face out a bit.
Cut the Crap - Weight loss journey of a Few Fat Chicks
I wash my face at night before bed to remove the make up and when I shower after a work out. In the mornings, I just use my body wash to wash my face.
I also moisturize daily and make sure the moisturizer has SPF in it.
I've changed my face care routine since I got pregnant (trying to find something that will help with these awful breakouts).
Right now I'm using Purpose (super gentle cleanser) when I shower (pretty much daily) or wear a lot of makeup (not often). I am also doing a Queen Helene's mud mask once a week, and I'm loving that so far.
Been moisturizing with Cetaphil as long as I can remember, but I don't always remember to USE it every morning. I might remember 4x a week... oops.
Right now I'm using the Proactiv face wash every day in the shower.
I don't use a moisturizer daily but I should because I'm starting to get wrinkles. I have a daily Murad Correcting Moisturizer with SPF15 that helps with redness. I use if if I wear makeup though (which is once in a blue moon).
My routine is all over the place and is based on my use of clarisonic. I prefer to use it in the shower, but I also think it does a better job of getting my make-up off.
If I shower in the evening I always use the clarisonic and in the mornings I'll just use a bit of face wash.
If I shower in the morning then it depends on how lazy I was the night before and if did the clarisonic or just a wash cloth ( only white). I also try to remember to moisturize but since I use a tinted moisturizer every day, Its not so bad if I forget.
H hates the smell of about 90% of my moisturizers so I tend to skip those if I want to get lucky.
My favorite face wash is Aveeda Botanical but right now I'm using Philosophy Purity.
I wash my face every night to get my makeup off. I found if I wash twice a day my skin gets too dried out. I use Aveeno Clear Complextion. I used to use Nuetrogena Stress something or other but I found it stopped working after becoming pregnant.
I moisturize twice a day and use Oil of Olay. I have been using it since junior high.
Mornings with my Patricia Wexler Acne cleanser, moisterize with Philosophy Hope in a Jar
Evenings Philosophy Purity with my clairsonic with my to get the makeup off

16 read! my read shelf:
Usually only at night (that's when I shower) because I have super dry and sensitive skin that won't tolerate being cleansed that often.
I use Philosophy's Microdelivery Exfoliating Wash every other day followed by The Body Shop's tea tree oil wash. On opposite days, I use Philosophy's Purity Made Simple. Using anti-acne treatments alternating with moisturizing treatments seems to keep things really well balanced for me.
When I'm not pregnant (because it contains retinol, a pregnancy no-no), I use Philosophy's anti-aging products nightly. I do think it makes a HUGE difference as I already feel like I look older, more tired, and less fresh faced due to not using it for 4 months.

Same! I got a Clarisonic for Christmas, and need to try it, and then add to my routine:)
