I know about magic eraser for normal soap scum/dirt, whatever. I love it. But Dh got me these really oily bath bombs for xmas and while super nice on my skin - they are hell on the tub. After the first use I'm not looking forward to using another. Not so relaxing knowing the big cleaning job you're creating. Is there something easy I'm missing?
Re: cleaning tub
That's a great idea!
I don't have a solution for "oil" necessarily, but I have an older tub & mold/mildew loooves to appear in the caulking so this makes it stubborn to get super clean.
With trial & error of many products, I find that Comet gel-cling spray cleaner works best. I usually let the tub soak for approx 30 min too before scrubbing off. I feel like that gives it adequate time to really soak in & eat away at the dirt.
Or, try baking soda. You can never go wrong with that stuff & you don't have to worry about it being too abrasive.
