Well, I'm in central PA so we have quite the line up of criminals as of late. I'll assume no one wants to see more pics of the whole Penn State debacle (OMFG it's on every gawddamm channel) so let me see what I can dig up...
DeWeese, 61, a 35-year Democratic legislator from Greene County and a former House Speaker, is charged with theft, conspiracy and conflict-of-interest. Prosecutors claim he used state workers and resources to abet his election campaigns and pet projects from 2001 to 2006 when he was House minority leader.
All three are accused of stealing vodka from the same state store on three separate days. IMO, that middle one looks guilty as f/ck... peering up at the security camera as he's stashing a bottle under his shirt.

My area has a huge meth and bath salts problem which pretty much gives you the same results with an added bonus of bleached hair and dark roots.
