PSA for moms - washer fixed
So my washer is fixed and guess what broke it.... A baby sock! The repair guy said they see it all the time. So wash all small baby items in a mesh bag so it doesn't get down into the pump. It wasn't too expensive to get fixed, but it wasn't cheap either. Definitely less than a new washer.

It was a top loader, but I don't think it matters.
We used First Response and they were pretty good. I would use them again. If you like in the north end I would recommend Judd and Black. I would have used them, but they don't come to the east side.

I imagine you could use the mesh bags you use for delicates (I put my bras and any hose in one)

Glad it is fixed! I just sent a text to my SIL about this. She was excited because she was just thinking about what you did with the tiny socks - thanks!
i wasn't sure what i was supposed to do with them, because i figured they'd get lost so easily...they are so small and adorable!!!
