My boss (a 50y.o. Italian man) and I are dressed almost exactly the same today.
Light blue collared shirt (mine is striped though), dark blue v-neck sweater over that and dark gray pants.
Luckily, we do not have matching footwear because I'm still rocking 1 shoe and 1 super cool aircast.
