I'm a stickler for the Oxford comma.

I did that with one that I got from a large company.
They did the hated "you're" and "your".
I wrote and gave them a grammar lesson. They wrote back later that day. I was impressed!

that's awesome- i've written before, too. they said "thank you", but the next time their email came out, it was still spelled wrong (lynwood versus lynnwood)..... oh well.
