Don't you own a fit bit? Do you like it? Now that I am a quarter of the way to my weight loss goal, I have joined a gym and have been running, lifting, and going to Zumba classes. I am want to ask for a fit bit or something similar for my birthday. Any feedback? TIA!

Re: **raynes**
I have one! And I love it. It's reallllly great for making you aware of how much you've moving throughout the day. There's a link in my sig to my FitBit profile page.
I actually just got my mom one for her birthday. The newest generation tracks not only steps but you change in altitude too (so, number of flights of stairs climbed).
For ~$100, the FitBit is a pretty good tool.
Your other (IMO) main options are a GoWearFit or BodyBugg. (like what they use on Biggest Loser). I believe the GoWearFit doesn't need a subscription, but I could be incorrect.
Great job on your weight loss so far!
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
Awesome! Thanks!
BTW, I love that all of your badges in your siggy match.
I'm totally anal like that. I thought about switching some out/adding some new ones, but I like the colour co-ordination.

Butting in - I got a fitbit a few weeks ago and love it.It was actually very eye opening to me. I chose it over the Body Bug that Raynes mentioned because I like how small the fitbit is and easy to hide.

Thanks! We have gone gluten free for 2012 (We gave up sodas because of our ridiculous obsession with Diet Coke for 2011 and still haven't had one!)
We're already noticing a huge difference in how we feel. Josh had stomach issues all the time, and hasn't had a single one since we started. I have a ton of energy and I don't feel sluggish all the time. I am also sleeping well for the first time in years!
We've also given up processed sugar for the most part, too. I've realized through reading up on it how bad everything we've been eating really can be for you... I was inspired by Josh's cousin and have really been modeling our diet plan with her guidance.
I highly recommend going gluten free for a week to anyone with stomach issues or anyone struggling with constant fatigue or sinus issues... It has changed our lives. It's not even that difficult anymore because celiac's is becoming so commonly diagnosed... The gluten free sandwiches at Subway are delicious!
