Thanks guys! The HOA sucks but they worked it out with the sellers lawyers in less time than anticipated, thankfully. I think they negotiated its down to 11,000 from the 15,000 they owed. Note to all: pay your hoa dues or they will come after you.
Noisy, I like that! We have an open floor plan so the red wall is just for the kitchen area and the one wall with a patio door. Our cabinetry is white and appliances are stainless steel (can I talk about how excited I am for my electric/convection oven?).
I guess I should have asked the nest of this color is acceptable with our appliances/cabinets.

Congrats! Just a word of warning about red though. At least in my experience, I have found that you need several coats to get it to look good.

Yay! Im glad it worked out. We have a red wall in our bedroom. At least for a few more weeks anyway. Similar to the color noisy posted.
just checked, we it made at BM, but the color was matched to glidden's cranberry zing.

Using a tinted primer helps to alleviate this issue.
