Commuters to NYC
i have to be in downtown Manhattan at 9am tomorrow morning between 14th and 16th. Whats the best time to leave? I am coming from Rockland so I would probably take the GWB. but have no clue what the rush hour traffic is like.

7 should be sufficient, but rain is in the forecast so you never know.
If you haven't already factored in parking, you can look at icon parking to find a garage that guarantees space/ price.
