Winged (and anyone else)- let's talk about Divergent

I just re-read it in preparation for book 2.

Who do you see playing the characters if it was made into a movie?

Re: Winged (and anyone else)- let's talk about Divergent

  • I am so bad at film casting. I don't even know the names of most young actors, to tell you the truth. I am just good at criticizing when I think they pick the wrong people. I am a back seat caster.
  • Lol.. I realized that I was picturing actors that are WAY too old for the part. Four is supposed to be 18, I was picturing a Channing Tatum type. I don't even know any actress who looks young enough to pull off Tris.

These are just the kinds of things I think about- ha.

Also, I decided I might even love this book more than HG. they need to make it a movie.

  • I think I can imagine teen stars from my youth in these films and then I realize how old they are.
  • I just finished this book the other day and loved it!  Although isn't the new one not being released until May?  The local public library has become my new best friend in terms of getting books since my H and I are trying to be MM right now.  But I think this is a series I'm going to buy so I can own it.  I would  definitely re-read this one for sure.

Anyway, I've been on a dysoptian kick of late (thank you Hunger Games) and have been reading a bunch of YA based books with those themes.
