Hey ladies, I've been kind of MIA lately. DH has been traveling a lot and I think my kids are trying to overthrow the monarchy..
Anyway, DH and I are going on a rare date tomorrow and I have no idea what to do. I want to do something different besides dinner and a movie or dinner and bowling. We're in Royal Oak, but we'd be willing to go just about anywhere.
Thanks!!
Re: Date night ideas?
I have nothing to add to this except that this made me lol
Enjoy your date night! It sounds like you have earned a night out!
Getting back to it- my diet and exercise blog
Losing it...Without Losing it
We're pretty open to anything. Going out for drinks and people watching is generally our go-to date night, but since I'm pregnant that's pretty frowned upon. We've done stuff like Painting with a Twist or a baseball/hockey/basketball game.
I think we decided to go feather bowling
I was going to suggest feather bowling! OR Curling. I know people that go curling in RO. (maybe Berkley?)
I have never been, but my sister and brother in law.. whom also live in Royal Oak just told me about this place, that they are going to for date night. Not sure if you guys are "wine enthusiasts" or not- however Saturday nights is Jazz night- and for about $15 per person they have strolling wine tastings. Sounds like a lot of fun
