MetLife Bank, N.A. is in the process of exiting the business of originating forward residential mortgages. Consequently, we will not accept new loan applications for forward mortgages after January 13, 2012. We will, however, continue to process loan applications received by January 13, close approved loan applications and service our existing mortgage customers. If you have a loan in process with MetLife and have further questions, please contact your loan processor.
