Where to buy mens' pants

DH has decided he needs to start dressing up for work. **The Hallelujah chorus is rejoicing!!!!!**

Where is a good place to get inexpensive pants? Nothing super fancy, just some nice Docker-type pants at a reasonable price.

Re: Where to buy mens' pants

  • Kohls especially with a sale

I would also check out Marshall's or tj max. Hit or miss

  • I get DH's work pants at JCPenney - not sure if you have those where you are, but you can order online as well.

I buy the Stafford brand, which are usually about $30 and hold up well.

  • DH wears khakis to work everyday and we normally get his at the Bass outlet - great sales.  Not sure if you have one near you?
  • Another vote for Kohls..

  • We've had good luck at Kohls as well.  You can usually find coupons online for 15-20% off.

  • I don't know, just saying that I am jealous of the Hallelujah chorus going on over at your house.

  • We've had good luck at JC Penney with the Stafford and Dockers brands as well.

DH also really likes the kacki type pants from LL Bean with the "comfort waist."  They have hidden elastic in the waistband so he can still wear them on "fat" days.  (I swear, that man is more vain and more weight conscious than I am.)  They also have 29" inseam which is hard to find.

  • Another vote for Kohl's here. That's always our go to place for that kind of stuff for DH. They're usually having great sales or offer coupons.

    Same here!!

  • We had good luck at Gap actually, we had issues with the pants at JCPenney and Kohls being too short. The woes of having a tall and super skinny hubby. 32x34's are the hardest pant size to find, but Gap seems to have plenty of the longer lengths available.

  • The Van Heusen outlet over in Howell has *amazing* deals and all kinds of great men's dress clothes!  Last time I went, I got DH like 5 sweaters, 5 long sleeved shirts, 2 belts and 4 pair of dress pants for less than $200.
